Skip the boring sheet music and folding chairs. This is a 5-day, hands-on experience where young artists learn to play by ear, tap into their emotions & intuition, and record a real song together in a professional home recording studio.

‍ ‍•The Studio Process: Tracking instruments, recording vocals, and building a song layer by layer.

‍ ‍•The Finale: A Friday Listening Party for parents to premiere the kids' professionally mixed track!

The Investment

Total Tuition: $595 per child | $495 per additional sibling (sibling discount)

$150 non-refundable deposit (per child) due at registration with remaining balance due by June 15, 2026. Deposit applies towards tuition. (Ex. 1 child = $595 - 150 deposit = $445 remaining)

STEP THREE

BALANCE TO BE PAID BY JUNE 15, 2026

Remaining balance must be paid by June 15, 2026. Reminder, the initial deposit is non-refundable. I’ll send a message/email around this time to touch base (address, additional info, etc) and get us ready for the camp.

The Instructor | SHAD TEEMS

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the music industry, Shad is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, and mentor who has dedicated his life to the craft of music.

Throughout his career, Shad has performed, recorded, and collaborated with top artists and producers across the industry, including his work with Framing Hanley (whose album Envy reached over 23 million Spotify streams), Jonathan Jackson, Jeff Hardy, John Schlitt (Petra), Anthem Lights, and Russell Dickerson. He has also been featured as a musician in Modern Drummer and Revolver Magazine.

As an instructor, Shad’s goal is to go beyond sheet music. Using his Bachelors degree in Psychology & Sociology and his deep fascination with mental health and human behavior, he combines music, psychology, and life wisdom to help young artists discover their own unique sound, build confidence, and learn to play by feel.

Shad lives in Christiana, TN, with his wife Robin, their two boys Killian and Caspian, their dog Sega, tuxedo cat Claude, and Benny the Bunny.
